How can i achive this sound?

Not the bell thingy ... but the rough sound from the back@ 59sec..... Im using logic.. and do they hav these innit? or maybe u guys can tell me how to create them using what and how.. i noticed people like datsik,reso,bar9 and chasing shadows using tis sound.. i really liked it but i just dont know how to make or get them.. i would like to know myself sounds deep

but does remind of the eastern jam patch just more distorted


for the reso bit at 59 i think its just a good bass thats been distorted like fuck and many effects added flangers phaser chorus might wrong but just a guess tho

Sounds like a subtractive synth patch being downsampled? Or maybe plenty of FM on a sample?

Dunno, cool noise tho' :wink:

*edit* The reso one sounds like 'brutal electro' to me

Yeah, it's just a wobbly reese with fm qualities. You could try to layer ES1, ESM and EFM1 to get this sound. Just make sure you're using distortion/bit-crushing/ring modulation, and plenty of it.

It'd be super easy to do with Massive, Albino or anything commerical though.
