You are right about the intro!! I was expecting it to kick into Kraftwerk's Tour De France!!!!!

The drums hang together quite nicely, the sounds need separating a bit but it is not a bad base to a tune - not sure what direction it needs to take though.

cheers for listening. i got all bored and said i'd try something in the intro, but it's shit. anyway, cfan you please explain what you mean by separation? do you mean it frequency wise or stereo-field wise?

Frequencies, I think it would beneift from some extra Eq to clean it up and make the different elements stand out.

no doubt, but that's going to happen after the track's done when i mix it down and try a sort of pre-master

haha, what scene? there is none. i only know about 4 people out of 23 million doing dubstep and that is including myself. there's no scene here and there won't be one for another few years, imo

some more work, nice guitar like thingies made with the lovely akkord in electronic instruments 2xt, fixed the ghey intro.

i'm starting to like this more and more but it thik it's heading further away from what seems to be the dubstep standard currently.

lemme know what you think

Sounds nice, very mellow groove's good and the parts seem to work well. Obviously needs a bit of work production wise, but musically it's really good.

And do what you like - dubstep's what you make it. Create your own direction.

really nice of you to say that and i will do just that.

now that i've got a bit of an ego boost i'll go work on it some more and post the finished version soon. proper mixdown and arrangement and all that.

oh and by the way
