.... for ten minutes of jump rope (5 minute intervals with 40 second rest between) then ten minutes of shadowboxing (5 min intervals with 40 second rest between).....
can anyone recommend some mixes that start out hard heavy and hyper so i can get in the groove for roughly 22-25 minutes?
i have been using the same dubstep mix by claw for a while n it's time to add something new!
i need a mix.....
