Mr. Vegas - Dope

About 120bpm but if you've got the right sliders, mix this into Crazy Cousinz and watch your dancefloor go meeennttallll

Step too far in what respect?
Step too far as in HHB - My Narny too far?
Or as in TOO sick. Iwc c/s
Otherwise you bait don't listen to any dancehall cause those lyrics are taaaame

Try the cobba cobba riddim aswell if you like this - the aidonia is the best imo - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_sw-ZdLkx64

altho i love this and stuck it in one of my last mixes i can see why ppl wouldnt be feeling it, demarco is kind of an acquired taste for people not fully sold on the autotune ting and lots of ppl dont really rate more out and out soca tunes cos of the unashamaedly upful vibe.
but for me its a bigun...

hold tight mr vegas aswell - nice to hear a lot of big tunes this yr.

It's too cheesy for me. 12 months ago 99.9% of people on this forum would have said it was shit. Nice to see barriers being broken down but that tune ain't for me :D

Yeah it will be interesting to see how much of a shift there will be in favour of soca from dubstep heads (which you have to assume the bulk of posters in this forum are / have been in the past) due to the popularity of funky. Carnival cant come too soon imo.

yeah nuff cheesiness out there which can be off putting but worth perservering. There has been some interesting chat about the popularity of soca-esque riddims in JA over the last few yrs and speculation about the reasons behind it on the Heatwave blog - http://www.theheatwave.co.uk/blog/item/ ... ddim/#3666

Been really feeling Demarc's version on the Airwolf Riddim recently altho this is much more on a hip hop tip. Again kind of a guilty pleasure but cant get it out of my head!

Checked it once and it will stay with that.
There will be a lot of people who like this kind of tracks, but not me.
Just my opinion and I do like some funky, but it's nice that there are different kind of tastes on this forum!

haha no backing down to be seen - I love demarco, probs one of my top three deejays of the last 12 months and a heavy producer to boot! Just saying i can appreciate why a lot of dubstep heads wouldnt be feeling it ya kno...
