how does the guitarist create those dub warped sounds in Hunting For Witches

if u dont know what i mean jus search for it on youtube.

i dont know wheither it the delay or what.

any help?

The intro?
I think its a pitchshift pedal or a harmonizer set an octave (or thereabouts) lower with some delay. The guitarist Russel uses an insane amount of effects so its probably just some combination of pedals. Could even be a Electro-Harmonix POG Polyphonic Octave Generator.

Yah it sounds like a shit ton of pedals and processing to me. Would nice to see what he uses as I think Bloc Party are sick for that type of music.

Kele plays it from his guitar, seen him do it enough times. No idea what effects/pedals he uses though.

honestly it looks like he is hitting his strings with his pick to creat the pingy sound. and sounds like distortion, chorus (maybe some delay?) and a octave pedal...i think its mostly the technique of hitting it on there. Its creating a really short harmonic.
