this was all over the news earlier this year. it isn't a cure. the risks of non-autologous stem cell transplantation are so high that you'd only chance it if you had developed leukemia as well as poorly controlled HIV or AIDS.

on top of that, there aren't enough elite controllers in the world to find even a passable bone marrow match for most HIV positive people.

I know theyre pretty sensationalist considering theyre scientists, but there was an article a few weeks back about a vaccine for HIV that works on rats already. I've forgotten how it worked but it was nothing like normal vaccomes; it seemed to make the cells in muscles produce some sort of antigen or something (not doing biology a level as you can tell).

Big tings. Not a cure though, just a vaccine, and who knows how long til it works on humans.

a lot of you may think homeopathy is bollocks due to the way it is degraded by the media at every opportunity, but my mum is a homeopath (always has worked for me, never had a jab, or been seriously ill that ive had to use mainstream medicine, except for broken bones etc) and she knows this homeopath that has been making people in africa go from hiv positive to negative. All of the drugs companies have degraded his work, and made so it is impossible to continue further trials etc. in order for them to monopolize the aids drugs trade and maximize profit

if that were the case the drug companies would use it as one of there drugs to make money mate - if you think you can cure aids by drinking water - i invite you to go get aids and try it.
