I had the 2000xl for a while but missed software, copped the mpd32 and havent looked back since!

I don't know if stupidity has anything to do with it. Stupidity is thinking a computer can do everything for you.

I got a 2000xl, really need to get back on production haven't done any for about a year now. That 808 kit still sounds the shit though

i had a 1000 that i was using for live shows for about 5 years but sold it a while back and got the mpd32 pads. you get pissed off with exporting wavs and being constrained by memory and loading times after a while.

I had a 2500, got rid of it, could'nt get into the workflow of purely software, got an S950, now chasing a 2000XL.
I just find I have more fun using the hardware than using a mouse to cut up stuff. Need to sort out using Ableton as a sound module one I get a new MP and I'll be ready to roll.

Yeah bwoy, been banging away on those pads all day, just moved house and got it all set up again. Forgot HOW much fun it is!

Got a 2000XL and a 1000 but they never seem to get used much nowadays.
Having ableton on my laptop with my MPD24 pretty much does it for me!
