Dubstep Tips

I have been Dj'ing for a few years now. I first started mixing on cd decks but have recently purchased some proper turntables.

For the last few years I have been mixing D&B but have now started mixing dubstep. I know the basic principals of mixing, However what I really want to find out is those little tips that make dubstep mixing what it is.

For example is most of the mixing done with cuts or a nice rolling mix? Are there any other little tricks that can add spice to a dubstep mix?
If anyone could help me that would be amazing!

count your bars
listen for keys
what (ie, basslines) can you take from 1 track to make work under/over the one currently playing?
ask yourself which drop wins, if you've got a doubledrop coming out

and ultimately:
watch that good looking girl in the corner. whatever she gets down to... play more of that.
